redesign: port index.html stone/beige design into Next.js app

Replace Nord dark-mode theme with the stone/beige grid-based design from
index.html. Rewrites globals.css with the full CSS system, updates layout.tsx
fonts to Syne + DM Sans + DM Mono, and ports the entire HTML to page.tsx with
React accordion state. Adds Desktop section with Ryzen 7 9800X3D / RTX 5080
specs and corrects UNRAID server hardware (Core Ultra 5 225, 48GB DDR5,
UNRAID 7.3.1).
